  • This competition is open to Exhibitors of 9th Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2010.
  • All invention / innovation must be new unless, substantial modifications have been done since it was first competed.
  • All invention / innovation presented must be a manufactured articles, in the form of pro-series or commercial samples, prototypes, models, plans, drawings or photos and texts.
  • Each entry must be accompanied by an entry fee of RM 400 (Ringgit Malaysia four Hundred only). Payment must be made via bank draft or money order, make payable to "Malaysian Association of Research Scientists". The fee is non-refundable should withdrawal from the competition occurs.
  • Security services will operate during the Exhibition. The Organiser and Secretariat holds no responsibility on damages or loss due to theft, or other causes, during the Exhibition or in transit.
  • Upon formal application to participate in the competition, participants undertake to ensure the delivery of his invention / innovation before 9:00am on 4th February 2010 and allow its invention / innovation to remain on display throughout the Exhibition. Should withdrawal of invention / innovation occur before the end of the exhibition, participants are liable to incur damages and shall be forfeited.
  • The participant or representative are required to attend to their exhibit at all times throughout the Exhibition. Failure to comply may be subject to forfeiting of any award.
  • All judging decisions are final. Organisers do not accept any form of complaints.
